DRIVE Vs. 52
The Spiritually useless inhabitants of the land were to be identified and the
work of driving them out initiated.
Proverbs 6:16-19 - These
six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: [17] A
proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, [18] An heart
that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
[19] A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among
brethren.

we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.
[6] Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us,
whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; [7] Or
ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; [8]
Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with
simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with
cheerfulness.
THE WARNING AGAINST
USELESSNESS Vs. 55-56

DISOBEDIENCE
Disobedience will result in uselessness and punishment.
Revelation 2:4-5 - Nevertheless
I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. [5]
Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first
works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick
out of his place, except thou repent.
